In regard to your late checkout request, we do have a policy that these requests be made after 7AM the day of checkout. We would have loved to have provided you with a great stay experience and would have made sure the issues would have been corrected immediately in order to ensure it. Your review didn't mention that you alerted us of any of those issues. I do not see any record at our front desk of any refrigerator or toilet issues being reported during your stay.
